Mentorship

Care for the caregivers. Support for the space-holders.

This work can be isolating—and yet, you don’t have to do it alone. Clayre and Laura offer a grounded, liberatory approach to supervision, consultation, and mentorship for therapists, care workers, and facilitators who want to deepen their capacity, expand their lens, and stay rooted in integrity as they hold space for others.

CONSULTATION, SUPERVISION, AND MENTORSHIP

For The Ones Tending Others—and Themselves.

These offerings are for the ones holding space—therapists, healing professionals, educators, and community organizers—who are navigating the emotional and ethical weight of their work with care, courage, and complexity. Whether you're building a trauma-informed practice, confronting systems of harm, or simply trying to stay connected to your own integrity, this is a space to be supported, witnessed, and resourced. We meet you as peers, not as hierarchies. This is slow, purposeful support for the long haul.

You might be here because you’re craving:

  • Supervision or mentorship that honours your lived experience and values—not just your credentials
  • A reflective space to process identity, clinical stuckness, or the toll of doing work that often asks too much
  • Support as you shape a sustainable, expressive, and justice-aligned practice
  • Co-creation that’s rooted in integrity, relationship, and a desire to build something meaningful together
We believe your work matters—and that you don’t have to do it alone.

PEER CONSULTATION

Reflective space for therapists, helpers, and healing practitioners.

Our peer consultation circles are collaborative and non-hierarchical—places to wrestle with clinical stuckness, identity questions, or the tender edges of your work. Registered clinicians bring cases, somatic puzzles, or anti-oppressive quandaries; together we slow down, share wisdom, and let growth begin in relationship.

Focus areas

  • Clayre: TIST, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, art-based trauma work
  • Laura: motivational interviewing, relational repair, somatic therapy

Format & feeS:

50- or 80-minute virtual sessions at standard practitioner rates

Ready for grounded, co-created reflection?

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Supervision that honours your voice, your work, and your becoming.

More than a licensing requirement, supervision here is spacious, somatically grounded care. In one-to-one video sessions we unpack casework, ethics, presence, and self-trust while staying rooted in social location and justice-informed practice.
