Mentorship
For the Ones Who Care
Holding space for others takes something real, and we know it can be quietly isolating. Whether you're a therapist, educator, caregiver, or community facilitator, these offerings are here to meet you with the same grounded presence you bring to your work. Clayre Sessoms, RP, ATR-BC and Laura Hoge, RSW offer consultation, supervision, mentorship, and collaborative support for practitioners navigating the weight of care work.

WELCOME
Support for the Work Ahead
These offerings are for therapists, educators, caregivers, and community facilitators navigating the emotional and ethical weight of care work. Whether you're building a trauma-informed therapy practice, a social worker confronting systems of harm, or simply trying to stay connected to your own integrity, this is a space to be heard, supported, and witnessed. We meet you as peers, not as hierarchies.
PEER CONSULTATION
A Space to Make Meaning Together
Peer consultation online is a collaborative, non-evaluative space for therapists, helpers, and healing professionals who want to stay connected to their values while navigating complex work. You might bring a feeling of being at an impasse, a question of identity, or a moment that lingers. We slow the process down, attune to what's emerging, and listen for what's being asked of you as a practitioner.
Clayre Sessoms, RP, ATR-BC and Laura Hoge, RSW offer peer consultation in their respective areas of focus, as peers, not as experts.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Supervision that honours your voice, your work, and your becoming.
More than a licensing requirement, supervision here is spacious, somatically grounded care. In one-to-one video sessions we unpack casework, ethics, presence, and self-trust while staying rooted in social location and justice-informed practice.

MENTORSHIP
For therapists shaping practices aligned with justice, creativity, & care.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Structure, Presence, and Room to Grow
Clinical supervision online is relational and structured, because warmth without clarity can drift, and clarity without warmth can flatten. These one-to-one sessions are a space to deepen clinical reasoning, name the weight of the work, and build the kind of self-trust that holds up under pressure. Clinical supervision is simultaneously developmental, supportive, and evaluative, especially if you're a recent graduate seeking licensure. We name power explicitly rather than working around it, and brings a justice-informed, culturally responsive lens to every session. The goal isn't reliance on a supervisor. It's building the internal supervisor you carry with you.

PEER CONSULTATION
Reflective space for therapists, helpers, and healing practitioners.
Our peer consultation circles are collaborative and non-hierarchical—places to wrestle with clinical stuckness, identity questions, or the tender edges of your work. Registered clinicians bring cases, somatic puzzles, or anti-oppressive quandaries; together we slow down, share wisdom, and let growth begin in relationship.

MENTORSHIP
For the Work Within the Work
Mentorship online is a one-to-one space for developing therapists who want more than supervision, a regular, unhurried place to grow their intuition, deepen their felt sense, and build a practice that genuinely fits them.
Clayre brings a decade as a digital content strategist alongside her clinical work, making her unusually equipped to support therapists navigating the creative and business dimensions of practice-building. Laura has built and managed a successful LGBTQ+ group practice and led community and government initiatives supporting trans and queer communities. Both come to this work as former yoga teachers and bodyworkers, and that somatic fluency shapes how they hold the mentorship space.
